Collection and Purpose
We may collect personal information from you in course of your use of PARKi if and when you input any personal information into the website. In addition, we also collect cookies from your computer, which enables us to tell you use PARKi and also to help customise your PARKi experience.
The purpose for which we collect personal information is to provide you with the best service experience possible on PARKi. Some provision of personal information is optional. However, if you do not provide us with certain types of personal information, you may be unable to enjoy the full functionality of PARKi.
Disclosure
We customarily disclose personal information only to our service providers who assist us in operating the website. We will only disclose personal information to an unrelated party with your consent.

Transfer out of Australia
PARKi is not hosted in the United States of America. For that reason, we transfer all data on PARKi (including all personal information) to our hosting service provider in Australia. You hereby consent to this transfer.
Determining and Sharing Location
Determining your location – PARKi services deal with location, so in order to work, PARKi will need to know your location. Whenever you open or use/interact with our app on your mobile device or go to one of our sites, we use the location information from your mobile device or browser (e.g. Latitude and longitude) to tailor the PARKi experience to your current location (i.e. we’ll show you a list of nearby PARKi associated car park locations). This information is NOT shared with others.
Background location detection – PARKi STOP ticket service, uses your mobile devices “background location” to provide PARKi with your location even when not using the app. This is to allow for PARKi to send you notification when your active ticket is able to be stopped due to leaving the car park. If you have “background location” turned on PARKi will, from time to time tell us about your devices location even if you are not directly interacting with the application. This information is NOT shared with others.
